Now you can submit tickets to our staff for help! This new system allows users (with a valid email address) to open a ticket and track its status through our system. It will be an essential tool that we will use beginning in 2012 which will give us more accountability and also allow us to monitor our efficiency.
Our customers can access this tool through their control panel or simply by going to our support URL: www.anointedads.com/support
